Caesars Interactive Entertainment LLC DBA Caesars Casino & Sportsbook PA (“CIE”) Everi Day - $5,000 Casino Bonus Play Giveaway promotion refers to the online event occurring every Tuesday from June 7, 2022 12:00am to June 28, 2022 11:59pm, (the “Promotional Period”).  All times are Eastern Time.

Terms and Conditions for any Caesars Casino & Sportsbook PA bonus promotion are to be read in conjunction with the CaesarsOnline.com Terms of Service http://pa.caesarsonline.com/policies/terms-conditions/ (the “Terms of Service”), the CaesarsOnline.com Bonus Policy https://pa.caesarsonline.com/policies/bonus-policy (the “Bonus Policy”) and the General Promotion Rules https://pa.caesarsonline.com/policies/general-promotion-rules. In the event of a conflict between the Bonus Policy and/or the General Promotion Rules and the specific promotion terms herein, the specific promotion terms herein shall prevail.  In the event of a conflict between the Terms of Service and the specific promotion terms herein, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

Promo Dates:

• The duration of the offer will be from 12:00am to11:59pm EST, every Tuesday from 6/7/2022 - 6/28/2022.
• Promotion dates are on 6/7/2022, 6/14/2022, 6/21/2022, and 6/28/2022.

Eligible Participants:

• A player must have registered for and obtained a valid and verified Caesars Casino & Sportsbook PA real-money account.
• Only invited players are eligible for this promotion.

Required Action:

• To qualify for this promotion, players visit the “My Bonuses” tab and claim the Everi Day - $5,000 Casino Bonus Play Giveaway promotion opt-in.
• Once a player has opted in, players will earn one (1) free entry and one (1) additional entry for every 10 Online Tier Credits earned online on following Everi Games: Meltdown, Double Jackpot Bullseye, Hundred Or Grand, and Cash Machine.
  • Qualifying wagers must be made on the promotion dates from 12:00am to 11:59pm.

Redeeming the Bonus:

• Prize drawing will be held and all bonus funds will be awarded within five business days after the promotional period has ended.

Prize Matrix:

• Players are only eligible to win one (1) of the above prizes.
• All casino bonuses are subject to wagering requirements outlined below.
• If less than 136 players redeem this offer, the additional casino bonus play will be forfeited.
• Management reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
• Odds dependent on the number of entries received.
• Prize pool is comprised of eligible players who have opted into this promotion through Caesars Interactive Entertainment. Prize pool is shared between Caesars Casino & Sportsbook New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

  • Maximum of 1 free entry per player.
  • Must be a Pennsylvania resident.

Limitations:

• Only invited players are eligible for this promotional offer; code may not be shared.
• Promotion cannot be combined with other offers.

Wagering Requirements:

• All Bonus Funds associated with the above promotion are subject to Caesars Casino & Sportsbook PA discretion and all terms and conditions.
• Players must wager the bonus amount (the “Wagering Requirement”) 4x on slot games, 8x on video poker games, and 20x for all other games.
• Making a withdrawal with any funds locked to a bonus or cancelling the bonus itself, prior to satisfying wagering requirements will result in the bonus funds and any bonus winnings being forfeited.
• Upon request for cancellation, Caesar’s Interactive Entertainment will inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds that will be removed from the player's interactive gaming account. If the player elects to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in a player's interactive gaming account will be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions.
• Players have 7 days to satisfy the Wagering Requirements from the day the bonus funds are awarded. Failing to do so will result in the expiration and forfeiture of any remaining bonus amount.

Order of funds used for wagering:

• For any wager placed while a casino bonus is active, funds are first deducted from the player’s cash balance. If no cash is available in the player’s balance, then the player wagers with their bonus funds.

Eligible Games:

• Bonus funds will be available on all casino games.
• Bonus funds are not available for sports wagering.

Restrictions on withdrawing funds:

• Making a withdrawal with any funds locked to a bonus or cancelling the bonus itself, prior to satisfying wagering requirements will result in the bonus funds and any bonus winnings being forfeited.

Cancellation:

• Players have 7 days to satisfy the Wagering Requirements from the day the bonus funds are awarded. Failing to do so will result in the expiration and forfeiture of any remaining bonus amount.
• Upon request for cancellation, Caesar’s Interactive Entertainment will inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds that will be removed from the player's interactive gaming account. If the player elects to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in a player's interactive gaming account will be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions.

General:

• Must be physically located within the State of Pennsylvania to participate in any CIE promotion and Wager on any device.
• Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, either through a government program or by their own request, are not eligible.
• Employees of Caesars Entertainment are not eligible to participate.
• Trademarks used herein are owned by Caesars Interactive Entertainment, LLC and its affiliated companies. All other trademarks not owned by Caesars that appear herein are the property of their respective owners.
• In the occasion that the event is cancelled, any bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited
• Management reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
• If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Casino which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, Casino reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
