Caesars Interactive Entertainment LLC DBA CaesarsOnline.com (“CIE”) Registration – up to $500 Matched Sports Free Bet refers to the online event occurring from October 2, 2020 at 12:00am EST to ongoing (the “Promotional Period”). All times are Eastern Time.

Terms and Conditions for any CaesarsOnline.com bonus promotion are to be read in conjunction with the CaesarsOnline.com Terms of Service http://www.caesarsonline.com/policies/terms-conditions/ (the “Terms of Service”), the CaesarsOnline.com Bonus Policy https://www.caesarsonline.com/policies/bonus-policy (the “Bonus Policy”) and the General Promotion Rules https://www.caesarsonline.com/policies/general-promotion-rules. In the event of a conflict between the Bonus Policy and/or the General Promotion Rules and the specific promotion terms herein, the specific promotion terms herein shall prevail.  In the event of a conflict between the Terms of Service and the specific promotion terms herein, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

3. Eligible Participants:
   • To be eligible for the up to $500 Sports Free Bet, players must register for a new online account and use the promotional code provided in the marketing materials (if required) during registration.
4. Required Action:
   • Players must register for a new online account and use the promotional code provided in the marketing materials during registration.
   • Player is required to place a qualifying cash bet to receive the free bet reward. A free bet will then be awarded, equal to the value of the first cash sports bet placed after the qualifying deposit, up to $500.
     1. If there are multiple qualifying bets on player’s betslip, the first bet placed will be the qualifying bet.
     2. Cash wager must have minimum of odds of at least -200 or greater.

10. Free Bet Bonus: Players will have up to 7 days to use the free bet from the day the bonus is awarded. In the event all wagering requirements are not met, any free bet amounts will be forfeited while unused cash deposit amounts will remain available
11. Order of funds used for wagering: The player may choose to use either their cash balance, or a free bet, to complete their transaction. If a player wishes to use a free bet, they will choose the free bet option when completing their bet slip.
12. Eligible Games:

• Sports free bets may only be used on sports wagering. Free bets are not valid on casino games.
• Free bets only valid on events with minimum odds greater than -200. Example: an event with odds of -300 will not be eligible to use the free bet. An event with odds of +300 will be eligible to use the free bet.
• The free bet bonus must be used in full and cannot be divided into multiple bets. If the free bet is not used in full, the remaining free bet amount will be forfeited.
• You are limited to one free bet bonus per bet slip.

1. Restrictions on withdrawing funds:
   • Free Bet: If the event the player wagered on results in a win, the player will receive the winnings from the wager, but not the free bet stake amount into their winnings. For example, a $10 free bet at -110 odds would return $9.09 ($19.09 – original $10 free bet stake = $9.09).
2. Cancellation:
   • If the event is cancelled, the player's free bet is lost and the free bet will not be returned.
   • Caesars will provide a clear and conspicuous method for a player to cancel his participation in a promotion that utilizes restricted interactive gaming credits. Upon request for cancellation, Caesars shall inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds that will be removed from the player’s interactive gaming account. If the player elects to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in a player’s interactive gaming account must be returned.

4. General:
   • Must be physically located within the state of Pennsylvania to participate in any CIE promotion and Wager on any device.
   • Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, either through a government program or by their own request, are not eligible.

   • Trademarks used herein are owned by Caesars Interactive Entertainment, LLC and its affiliated companies. All other trademarks not owned by Caesars that appear herein are the property of their respective owners.
   • In the occasion that the event is cancelled, any bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited
   • Management reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.

   • If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Casino which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, Casino reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
