Caesars Interactive Entertainment LLC DBA Caesars Casino & Sportsbook PA (“CIE”) Video Poker Wednesdays & $5 Casino Bonus – No Deposit Required refers to the online event occurring from July 20, 2022 at 12:00am EST and ends on August 31, 2022 at 11:59pm EST (the “Promotional Period”). All times are Eastern Time.

Terms and Conditions for any Caesars Casino & Sportsbook PA bonus promotion are to be read in conjunction with the CaesarsOnline.com Terms of Service http://pa.caesarsonline.com/policies/terms-conditions/ (the “Terms of Service”), the CaesarsOnline.com Bonus Policy https://pa.caesarsonline.com/policies/bonus-policy (the “Bonus Policy”) and the General Promotion Rules https://pa.caesarsonline.com/policies/general-promotion-rules. In the event of a conflict between the Bonus Policy and/or the General Promotion Rules and the specific promotion terms herein, the specific promotion terms herein shall prevail.  In the event of a conflict between the Terms of Service and the specific promotion terms herein, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

Offer Description:

• $5 Casino Bonus – No Deposit Required. Receive additional bonus based on Tier Credits earned playing Video Poker.

Promo Dates:

• Promo dates are as follows: 7/20/2022, 8/3/2022, 8/17/2022, and 8/31/2022.

Eligible Participants:

• To be eligible for the $5 Casino Bonus, players must have registered for a Caesars Casino & Sportsbook PA account and be approved for real money play.
• Qualifying players will receive additional Casino Bonus based on Tier Credits earned from Video Poker wagers during the promo period.

Required Action:

• Players must claim the $5 Casino Bonus on the date(s) noted in the marketing collateral.
• Players must earn Tier Credits from Video Poker wagers on the date(s) noted in the marketing collateral to receive additional Casino Bonus.

Redeeming the Bonus:

• Player must log into their account and find the offer from the available bonuses.
• After claiming the offer, $5 in Casino Bonus play will be added to the player’s account
• Players will receive additional Casino Bonus based on Tier Credits earned from Video Poker wagers during the promo period. Refer to the chart below.

Registration Process:

• To qualify for this promotion players must have registered for Caesars Casino & Sportsbook Pennsylvania and have a valid account that is approved for real money gaming.

Limitations:

• Promotion cannot be combined with other offers.
• Offer limited to one redemption per player.

Wagering Requirements:

• All Bonus Funds associated with the above promotion are subject to Caesars Casino & Sportsbook PA discretion and all terms and conditions.
• Players must wager the $5 Non-Deposit bonus (the “Wagering Requirement”) 20x on slot games, 40x on video poker games, and 100x for all other games.
• Players must wager the bonus earned from Video Poker play (the “Wagering Requirement”) 10x on slot games, 20x on video poker games, and 50x for all other games.

Order of funds used for wagering:

• For any wager placed while a bonus is active, funds are first deducted from the player’s cash balance. If no cash is available in the player’s balance, then the player wagers with their bonus funds.

Eligible Games:

• Bonus funds will be available on all casino games.
• Bonus funds are not available for sports wagering.

Restrictions on withdrawing funds:

• Making a withdrawal with any funds locked to a bonus or cancelling the bonus itself, prior to satisfying wagering requirements will result in the bonus funds and any bonus winnings being forfeited.

Cancellation:

• Players have 7 days to satisfy the Wagering Requirements from the day the bonus funds are awarded. Failing to do so will result in the expiration and forfeiture of any remaining bonus amount.
• Upon request for cancellation, Caesar’s Interactive Entertainment will inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds that will be removed from the player's interactive gaming account. If the player elects to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in a player's interactive gaming account will be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions.

General:

• Must be physically located within the State of Pennsylvania to participate in any CIE promotion and Wager on any device.
• Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, either through a government program or by their own request, are not eligible.
• Employees of Caesars Entertainment are not eligible to participate.
• Trademarks used herein are owned by Caesars Interactive Entertainment, LLC and its affiliated companies. All other trademarks not owned by Caesars that appear herein are the property of their respective owners.

• If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Casino which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, Casino reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
